Plant Purchase Policies & Returns

  • All plants are unique. Each photo represents the overall look and size of each plant in stock. Please note you may not receive the exact plant posted in the pictures.
  • Pickup is available at the shop in Tipp City, or no contact porch pickup in Springfield or Cincinnati.
  • Pickup for any online purchases made will be required within 10 days from the time we confirm the plant is ready for pickup. Any plant that is not picked up within 10 days will be automatically refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we do not have the capacity to consistently message or check in regarding pickups. After confirming that an item is ready for pickup, we will only send one follow up message to confirm a refund has been issued if pickup does not occur within the 10 day period.
  • RETURNS. If at any point between purchasing and picking up your plant, you decide you no longer want it, please reach out to us. Returns of this nature will be on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Bloomora management. After you have picked up your plant, please reach out to us within 24 hours with any concerns and pictures for possible refund.
  • Please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup if there are any concerns with your plant. All sales are final after 24 hours.
